So, I've been really into baking for some reason lately. Cakes, muffins, cupcakes...and my twice-failed angel food cake made with Splenda. I have yet to get it to rise all the way and have been left with short cake. Trying to be good with my sugar intake, I've been using Splenda instead of sugar but, after reading up a bit, it is the culprit for not allowing my cake to rise!
